The Hotel Massimo, with its 28 rooms evenly arranged on two floors, offers its customers new furniture with various types of overnight stay.

Inside, the rooms are all provided, without distinction, of comfortable bathroom with shower box, telephone, satellite TV, conditioned air, mini-bar (on explicit request), Wi-Fi and fresh and colourful curtains, that make them harmonious and comfortable all year round.

At no additional cost, you can book the rooms with balconies, to enjoy the play of sunlight, penetrating at any time of the day our maritime pine garden.

Then also Moms and their children will feel at ease thanks to the simple services that we put at their disposal. Sunbeds, cribs, high chairs and a “little kitchen” to satisfy your small and large needs.

									Deluxe Room
									Deluxe Rooms have a variable size between 15 and 19 square meters to accommodate up to a maximum of 3 people.
Suitable for those traveling as a couple or with the family. The bathrooms are all equipped with a shower box,  hairdryer and Gold courtesy set. 
The rooms are located on the first and second floor, and are accessible by the elevator. 
All Deluxe rooms have a large window, and are equipped with a desk, a chair, wardrobe, a mini-bar  and all have  TV, phone, conditioned air  and free WI-FI connection. 
For you who love maximum comfort, by purchasing this type you will also receive:

•	1 tanning shower for each adult guest of 12 minutes at our “Massimo Benessere” beauty center
•	2 bottles of 0.5l water from the minibar every day

									Economy Room
									Simple and Spartan in its being. Amplitude of about 9 square meters. There is Wi-Fi connection, TV, safe, bathroom with hairdryer and basic toiletries. It can accommodate up to two people in a French bed.
Tehy place a desk and chair, wardrobe, a small fridge and all have TV, phone, conditioned air and  free WI-FI connection. Single rooms are 6 in total and three are on the first floor, while three on the second floor, and are all accessible by elevator.

									Standard Room
									Standard Rooms have a variable size between 12 and 15 square meters to accommodate up to a maximum of 4 people. There are, Safe, Wi-Fi connection, Minibar, TV, bathroom with hairdryer and Plus courtesy set. Suitable for those traveling as a couple or with family. The bathrooms have a shower with curtain. 
 They have a desk and chair, wardrobe, a small  fridge and all have  TV, phone, conditioned air and free WI-FI connection.

									Superior Room
									Superior Rooms range a variable size between 14 and 17 m2 to accommodate up to a maximum of 4 people. Suitable for those traveling as a couple or with the family. Some rooms of this type have a bathroom equipped to accommodate guests with disabilities and they have  a shower with curtain, hairdryer and Silver courtesy set.
 They are composed of a single room with large window, some second-floor rooms also have a balcony that overlooks the garden of the Hotel. They have desk with chair, wardrobe, a small fridge  and all have TV,  phone, conditioned air  and free WI-FI connection.
Connected to this typology there are the following services:
